Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree nr. 196 dated 30 June 2003 Code regarding the protection of personal information

The purpose of this document is to inform visitors to the "gruppocoin.it" website (hereinafter the "website") of the Policy adopted by Gruppo Coin S.p.A. as regards the protection of personal information, underlining its commitment and attention to safeguarding the privacy of visitors of its website. Users are free to browse the website, no registration is required, with the exception of some specifically indicated services. Therefore, where visitors are required to provide their personal information to access said additional services, the same must be expressly informed under art. 13 of Legislative Decree nr. 196 dated 30 June 2003, Code regarding the protection of personal information (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”) indicating, by way of example, the purpose and the manner in which said information will be used by Gruppo Coin, as well as the right to request the cancellation or the updating of said information at any time (art.7 of the Code).


INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Pursuant and according to Legislative Decree nr. 196/2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal information" – hereinafter " Privacy Code") Gruppo Coin S.p.A. provides the following information.

1. The Holder and the Manager of the processed information
Pursuant to art. 28 of the Privacy Code, the Holder of the processed information is Gruppo Coin S.p.A., whose registered office is in Venice, Cannaregio 5793, and whose administrative office is in Mestre (VE), via Terraglio n.17, Postcode 30174 (hereinafter “Gruppo Coin”).
The Manager of the processed information, pursuant to art. 29 of the Privacy Code, within the scope of this website, is the pro tempore Director of the Investor Relations Office of Gruppo Coin. Users may request the name of the Manager of the processed information by sending a request to the addresses indicated in point 7.

2. Types of personal information processed
No registration is required to access the website. However, there are services on the website whose use requires the provision of personal information: in particular, your information could be required if you wish to contact us or to correspond with our Customer Service office.
When Gruppo Coin acquires information and personal details, it will inform users, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code, of the specific purpose for which said information has been requested and the way in which it will be used. Where necessary, Gruppo Coin may need to acquire the specific consent of the user for the relative use of the information. By way of example, personal information such as name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and other information may be requested, which the user accepts to provide to use the services and/or to access reserved areas of the website by completing a specific registration form. Gruppo Coin will use the personal information collected on-line solely for the purposes indicated on registration. 
Information regarding connecting to and browsing the website (such as for example the IP addresses of users’ computers, etc.) are collected and used anonymously for statistical purposes only and are then cancelled.

3. Option of providing personal information
The provision of personal information is optional. Failure to provide such, however, may mean that the user cannot access specific services and obtain what the same has requested.

4. Processing procedures and scope of communication
Unless otherwise indicated in the specific information on the website, personal information will be processed by automated tools for the time strictly needed to pursue the purpose for which the same has been collected, after which it will be destroyed.
Gruppo Coin guarantees the lawful processing of the information, and the correctness of the personal information provided through the website, in full compliance with legislation in force, as well as the strictest confidentiality of the information supplied on registration. The information will not be communicated or circulated to third parties unless such is envisaged as within the limits and on the conditions expressly indicated in the informative note provided on each occasion to the user and following authorisation of  the same.

5. Links to other sites
This informative note is provided only for the http://www.gruppocoin.it website and not for any other websites that are connected to or that may be consulted by the user through links.
Gruppo Coin cannot be held liable for personal information provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this website.

6. “Profiling” tools
At present, Gruppo Coin does not use "Cookies" or other user profiling tools on this website, nor does it send promotional/unsolicited advertising correspondence, without the express consent of the user.

7. Rights of interested parties
Pursuant to art.7 of the Privacy Code, you have the right to obtain information regarding the processing of your details from the Manager, including 1) obtaining, without delay, the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal information; 2) to obtain: a) an indication of the source of the personal information, the purpose and the manner in which such is processed, the logic applied if the processing is carried out with the assistance of electronic tools, the details of the holder and of the managers, of parties or categories of parties to whom the information may be communicated or who may become aware of such as managers or assigned parties; the updating, correction or, if in your interests, the addition of information; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the option of blocking the processed information in violation of the law; 3) to challenge, all or in part, the processing of your personal information, for the purpose of commercial information or the sending of advertising or direct sales material or for market research or commercial correspondence. You may, at any time, exercise your rights under art. 7 of the Privacy Code by writing to us or sending a written request to Gruppo Coin S.p.A. – Customer Service - Via Terraglio 17, 30174, Mestre (Venice).
